Made with age-old production methods & a wide range of Bitter-Sharp, Bitter-Sweet, Sharp & Sweet, Devon Cyder apple varieties. Aged in oak and 75cl heavyweight bottles.
History – A long time in the making with a unique journey along the way.
2012 – Pressed on our twin screw oak press through barley straw.
2012 – 2013 – Wild yeast fermentation & settling 1 year in Oak.
2013 – 2014 – Racked & matured 1 year in Oak.
2014 – 2016 – 1st in-bottle fermentation 2 years.
2016 – 2018 – 2nd in-bottle fermentation 2 years.
2018 – 2021 – Matured in-bottle 3 years.
Tasting notes
7.0% abv. (labelled 6.5% at bottling stage). Dry to taste SG 1.099. Table Cyder, heavyweight bottle, sealed crown cap, serve chilled. Unfiltered, light sediment, pour gently. Pours nicely, amber, golden in colour. Naturally sparkling, lively, fine mousse, light & airy mouthfeel, balanced, smooth, spicy, tannic, oak, apple, crisp, fruity, nutty, full bodied, long complex finish.

Prizes at all 3 major Westcountry Shows at different stages including First Prize at Devon County Show 2015, Silver Medal at Royal Bath & West Show – British Cider Championships 2016, Gold Medal at Royal Cornwall Show 2019.
Sulphites
Our cider contains naturally occurring sulphites that arise during the fermentation process. No further sulphites are added.
