The whole event including the marquee and café at Bridwell Park near Uffculme is carefully managed and safely attended so you can be rest assured of a relaxing and safe day with so many locally made, high quality food, drink and craft products on offer that you will be spoilt for choice in tranquil and spacious surroundings!
Our multi award winning Real Devon Cider is made from freshly pressed Devon apples in Autumn, from our own and other very local East Devon orchards and then goes through a long and slow fermentation with wild yeast and minimal intervention, until it is ready in Spring – or quite often matured for between one and two years. We prefer to call it Devon Cyder in case you were wondering, as Cyder with a ‘Y’ is the Olde English, traditional way of spelling it in some parts of the country, especially here in the Westcountry.
There is ample parking and free entry to Bridwell Park ‘pop-up’ events. Contactless card payments are encouraged but cash can be accepted too. The provision of a marquee also means it can go ahead every week regardless of the weather so we look forward to seeing you very soon for a day out you will definitely enjoy and remember in these unusual times!
